Blog backlog
I haven’t been blogging in quite awhile but I have a lot to blog about hence I have serious blog backlog.
My son, Liam, worked on the set of a movie this summer called Trivial Pursuits. I have song called “The Answer Is” that seemed like it fit topically with the movie, so he and I auditioned it to see if he would be comfortable taking it to the producer. After a listen, he felt it was (like at lot of my stuff) as old as the hills and twice as dusty. He had some production suggestions for me (modern processed drum sound, layering , etc). I learned a huge amount while working on this that I will talk about in future posts. Here is the redo without further comment.
